Income & savings proof (as provided)
The D8 requirements include proof of a monthly income of at least 4 minimum wages in Portugal. The minimum wage is provided as €870 (may change), so 4 minimum wages equal €3,480/month. Additional amounts apply for family members, plus proof of bank savings to cover living costs.

To renew, the applicant must not be absent from Portugal for more than six consecutive months and must return before exceeding the 6-month period.
